Staff Training

Workshop A well-informed staff person or volunteer can do more to extend the life of a collection than one conservator or consultant, as they work with collections on an ongoing basis and can observe problems which develop or arrive. They are in a position to contribute to the preservation of collections on a daily basis.

We work with your staff or volunteers to determine to most efficient way to improve conservation standards in your institution or organization. We offer workshops that can be offered in-house in a wide variety of subjects, such as care handling, artefact mounting, pest monitoring or disaster management, tailored to your institution’s needs.

Workshops and Presentations

We offer workshops, presentations, and training sessions on preservation issues to genealogical groups, art and drawing clubs, collectors clubs and the general public.
